While it is funny to see when they are doing wrong, I always love when I see someone just knocking it out of the ball park. Great episode. I was having a discussion with one of our RN's yesterday about this same thing. She and her husband want to buy a house but just can't seem to pull the trigger because of the prices here in Ventura County. She mentioned that they are just funding their 403B's and IRA's and are thinking of investing in an index fund. I told her that may be the smart move with the way prices are now for homes.

I’m so impressed with Terzel’s work ethic, and he seems to be a humble young man who also respects his gf too. Best wishes to them!!

I always see these and think, damn they make a good amount or money for a young age, but then I remember that they live in an extremely HCOL area with high taxes. A 100k salary is the equivalent in my area before taxes are considered.

1:20 “How did he get this position at 25 years old?”
I ask myself that same question for my own job. I’m an senior subject matter expert for a space satellite agency and I’m also 25 and I make $200k. Normally that position requires at least 12 years of industry experience and the math clearly doesn’t work out there lol. My only guess is companies nowadays think it might be cheaper to train and retain younger people as opposed to getting someone older, they retire sooner (they then have to waste time/money training a new person), have more obligations (family, kids) that they have to take off work for, etc.

Graham, the audio on the video sounds like it’s higher pitched than your regular voice. It might be just how you’re talking here but sounds off. Good video for sure!
