Full scholarship to NYU is so crazy. That’s a huge success.

So proud of you for making it happen! As an immigrant and first generation Mexican-American glad to see others making out of the struggle!

I like that he sees a therapist.
Transportation costs are too high if he's working from home. I would take the money he's investing and pay off both his student loans and car so the interest rates aren't eating up all of his dough.
He's also eligible for Covered California to cover medical care.

Good-looking young man, with a great head on his shoulders. I appreciated hearing about his immigrant and NY hustle. It will fuel his success for the rest of his life. I'm rooting for you, Terzel!

This is one of my favorite episodes. I love how open he is about mental health. What an incredible example for other young people watching!! I want to see an update when he buys his property!

This man and his girlfriends are a superpower couple. He mentioned how he has more than enough to cover all the expenses but his girlfriend insists otherwise, why? It’s because they both keep each other accountable and are always hustling.

Truly amazing!!! Y’all keep going.

I appreciate how he prioritizes mental health as that is something that is often overlooked. On top of his dedication and work ethic, he will be very successful!

It’s so upsetting to hear how access to healthcare in the US is a struggle. I’ve had one experience with the system (as a foreigner) and I was shocked at many bills they send your way. I can only imagine how hard it is for families 😔

I like that his girlfriend is not bringing him down. She’s a hustler herself and prioritise making her own money.

Staying on your parent's health insurance plan is smart do it as long as you can. Helps with saving income. I did that until 25.

This dude and his girlfriend are absolutely killing it. The hustle is what drives you to always work hard and play hard. The fact that he lives so below his means and doesn't really need anything means he has a bright future ahead. Also he's more willing to buy and give to others. Love to see it.

Enjoyable & inspiring to watch! So proud of him! It's nice to see stories like this because it shows people (of all ages) what's possible. Not to mention, there are so many amazing, kind, hard-working people out in the world.

I love that he's so transparent about the mental health aspects. Especially for POCs and even more so POCs who are male there is a large stigma around mental health and not being something you address and if you do, you don't address it openly. Money can come and go but at the end of the day you can't run away from your own mind. It's always great to make sure you care for it.

Great start in planning your retirement starting now. I'm 67, I started saving for retirement when I graduated from college at 23. I still have the first IRA I invested in. I always worked 2 or 3 jobs but still had time for fun. I also bought rental units in Los Angeles as a single person and always lived below my means. I retired last year and having the time of my life and will probably not be able to spend all my money before I die. I;m proud of your accomplishments, it is a long journey but the payoff is sweet.

Anyone 25 and younger, I don’t think they’re millennials. Can y’all just do these money segments for all generations and name it based off of each generation (i.e gen x money)?!? I would love to see these from each generation.
