Crunchy Muesli Bars (Granola Bars)

This is one of those recipes I've been trying to crack for a while! Every other which way I tried never stayed crunchy for more than a day - if that. Whereas these stay crunchy for days!! THREE WEEKS if you keep them in the fridge like I do - keeps them fresher and it's actually really nice eating cool crunchy muesli bars straight out of the fridge. Try it! - Nagi x

These are scrumptious even they didn't turn out hard like yours. Could it be because I used Tahini instead of peanut butter? Thanks for sharing .

Yum, crunchy wins over gooey. I have two of those Wiltshire pink pans and I use the back of one to smoosh the contents of the other.

Apologies!! I was totally wrong - they did turn out crunchy (I used the word hard in previous comment) was just too hasty. You are right about Tahini, it certainly does dominate!! Thank you for this great recipe. Will be making it as long as I can.😊
