Thanks for the notes on the methanol, that's one of the key pieces of misinformation I hear in this community. People think they're going to go blind or poison themselves running a still, but it's nearly impossible to do that. Also fun fact: In the black ages, doctors used to use ethanol to combat methanol poisoning. Ethanol is a natural "remedy" to methanol poisoning.
