So with the condition after shampoo do you just get the tips of the hairs or down in the scalp like the shampoo, same with the leave in. Anybody know?

Can someone help I got fairly straight hair, but it’s thick and tends to lay flat easily. I like getting more flow and volume, which happens when I’m in Mediterranean areas because of the see salt, but my hair gets pretty dry there. Back home in Sweden, I get some volume, but my hair doesn’t dry out as much.
