I'm sure that airsoft specific optis have their place, but I always recommend an entry level task steel optics. You can get a T1 style RDS starting around $100

My favorite airsoft AEG optic is definitely the 1-4 LPVO, which allows me to see what the bb's are doing at distance. I run one on each of my non-CQB rifles; VFC M27, VFC Mk18 and the Krytac Trrident CRB II. BTW; absolutely perfect on the Kel-Tec RDB17 that I just received from you guys! (what a great AEG, and thanks for the fast shipping!) Cheers!

The best option by far is the Vortex Crossfire. Lifetime warranty, no questions asked. Way better lenses than anything on this list, and more brightness options than my astigmatic eyes need.

Working on assembling an M1A SOCOM DMR. My optics choice goes back to my "airgunning roots" a Firefield Quickstrike 1-6x24mm LPVO. My Snipers have a Hammers 3-9x32mm (On my JG BAR-10) and an Optima 3-9x40mm on the Sportline M40A3. Again optics proven on springer air rifles.
