Staying out in the country this was my only option besides AT&T hotspot that was slow and often went out plus it was a $120. a month. Straight talk 5g runs on Verizon towers and i have verizon cell service and always get 5g so i knew it would work even though the website said it wasnt in my area yet

Did you check online to see if it said it was available in your area before purchasing this? I read some of the comments and replies, but wanted to ask directly. I looked online and it said it wasn't available, and I'm curious if you were told the same and tried it anyway. Our phones work perfectly at our camp house so I'm thinking this may too. Thanks!

Since laptop, phones, everything else can run a day with no AC power it's a shame they didn't design that with a USB plug in to run off of a power bank, phone charging battery pack.. It can't use any more energy than your phone WiFi does. Imo have to pass on it due to being dead in the water in a power out just like a regular internet. That's a good review though thank you.

I've had it for about 6 weeks first 3 weeks perfectly fine no issues. The last 3 weeks not so great. I made 8 calls in one day. Each time they would get it running just to go out 5 minutes later.
The last call I told them I believe maybe it's the box with the issue.
She says and I quote OK and hung up on me. 🤣🤣 I've had straight talk for years no issues but the last few months with them ditching AT&T my phone is about useless also. Thinking about giving Tmobile a shot. ✌️
