Very Timely thanks Mike. I have just delivered a Programme into a region and now the organisation has a live service, so product managers have become much more involved. I'm not clear yet what impact this will have on my next regions ways of working, as they look to confirm the scope instead of myself now. Im Slightly apprehensve they are not recognsing the importance of delivery Project managers as move forward, especially with their complex web of dependencies. I've yet to see a productmanager manager these from a delivery mindset. This video will help me explain..
