I am Tom Saguto, PGA Member and founder of SagutoGolf. Thank you for visiting my instructional page where you can find how to get on the fast track to improving your golfing abilities. Whether you are a seasoned golfing veteran looking for a quick swing tune-up after an on-course emergency, or a beginner just looking to get the most out of your golfing experience, I am here to help you achieve your golfing goals.

My mission as your swing doctor is simple, to help you maximize your enjoyment in game of golf. Because, let’s face it, golf is a hard game.

My philosophy is wholly based on the student having a fun, meaningful experience in a frustrating and complicated game where potential lifelong golfers either quit because it is too difficult or that they experience some form of swing-related pain or discomfort. I mitigate these problems by focusing entirely on the student’s needs and goals while teaching a golf swing method that ultimately takes stress off of the common pain areas of the swing.

Tom has helped my swing! After 15 years of not playing, i wanted to start back up this year, but i came from golf lessons of the swaying era and thought it was normal. Then I found Tom explaining Stack and Tilt, and it felt funny but the results were crazy good and poweful! I'm still working on improving but I feel the proper swing every time and it makes me happy.

As a former "traditional golf swing weight back toe-up, weight forward toe-up golf swing, " who's mishits were hooks three counties over, only to over-correct and slice the ball over the river and through the woods to grandma's house, I am so excited about Tom's teaching !

Been playing very average golf for over 40 years, had lessons read all the books, this is the best set of tips I have ever seen. I am 61 years of age with a handicap of 18 and shot 7 over last month, hitting some of the best iron shots in years. Tom, your advise re keeping weight on front foot and cure for flipping the release has been invaluable for me. Thankyou from Sydney Australia, Rod

It’s funny because I just watched this video and I’ve only had three lessons with a pro several years ago. At least two of your deadly sins I was actually taught to do. Rolling the hands on the backswing and flipping them over through impact. Now it makes sense why my swing is so inconsistent. Time to work on keeping my hands out of my swing as you say. I’m sure it will help. Thank you.

I am definitely transitioning to a stacked swing. At least in my irons it has helped with more consistant strike, my drive is a bit different but it is working with maybe a bit of weight shift. One more thing I now do and that is to stare at the back of the ball intently until well after contact. I don't just look, I lock my eyes on the back of the ball and keep them locked, try that.

I feel awful for counting you out but a few months ago I was watching one of your videos and I was like what is this guy talking about, you were pretty much teaching everything the opposite of what I've been taught, well about three weeks ago after playing a terrible round golf, I was seriously about to sell my clubs and quit but instead of quitting I decided to take some time off from golf, I told my son I have got to do something different because I've been playing golf on and off for twenty years and I'm tired of not getting better if anything probably worse, well about a week ago I started watching your videos and practicing what you preach in my yard with my foam golf balls and I noticed I had a beautiful draw going on, something I've worked on having for it seems like forever, but I've always sliced/faded the ball, I thought it has to be the wind or something this is way to good to be true, well I went to the driving range and it was true Tom Saguto changed me to a drawer, my dispersion was tighter than I've ever seen it and my distance was way more consistent as well, Im 39 years old and I've never hit the ball this well and I've tried all the traditional ways of teaching IT DOESN'T WORK!!You deserve more subscribers than any other golf youtuber, you have made me excited about golf again and I can't wait to get back on the course with my Saguto swing, you honestly taught me more in a few days than I've learned in 20 plus years, thank you so much I'm so glad I found your channel you are THE BEST INSTRUCTOR I've ever seen you don't even know how happy you have made me👏👍sorry for the long post but you are my hero👊

I love your tips, they have been the best tips I ever got! I discovered you in the spring of this year (2020). So far this year I only played about 6 rounds of golf and probably hit the range about 12 times. My first 5 rounds, my average was about 105. On my 6th game, I played 92!!! My best since I reconnected with golf 2 years ago (hadn’t played for 30 years due to arthritis). I’m sold on your teachings, they are funny but most importantly they are working for me. No need to say that I have already enrolled in your videos classes on your web site. Thanks!

That feeling when you finally get Stack and Tilt... is insane.

Believe me, going up to each shot, and thinking only about my target line, is the best thing ever!

When you're lead knee goes toward the ball and your arms/body feel connected to that motion... the ball zooms!

GL OUT THERE!
