The only lettuce 🥬 hack and tip you need this summer! Don’t pull the lettuce from the root, simply cut right above it leaving a few inches on the bottom. The lettuce will continue to grow new leaves. I do this up to 3 times usually as it can become bitter. I also use a regular knife to cut it but if you use a plastic knife, the leaves won’t turn colour when cutting.
