Transcripts are finally coming to Apple Podcasts is the iOS17.4 update rolling out mid March, 2024.

It's been a painfully long road to finally seeing transcripts in your Apple Podcasts app, and I can confirm that it won't be too long now before you'll start to see them.

In this video I step you through how to make sure that you're able to use your own transcripts if you'd like to via Apple Podcasts Connect.

I also discuss the reasons why you might want to have your own transcript, what services you can use to obtain transcripts, and the podcast hosts that currently support the transcript tag.
