Aluminum is bad for your body to absorb, but your body is only absorbing 0.012 which is significantly less than eating aluminum high food

Okay personally I like antiperspirant and aluminum more because it blocks the sweat causing no sweat stains because my sweat stains are bad

If you’ve never had an issue idk why you’d avoid it.
Idk if it’s aluminum specifically but when ever I use regular deodorants I get some sort of small cyst or swollen lymph node. Idk what it is exactly never went to a doctor or anything but certainly something gets clogged. Started using natural alternatives like lavender oil never had a problem. Went to military boot camp and had to use what they had, degree I believe and the little pimple things came back till I switched over to lume that’s been working very well for me.

Some doctors say don’t use aluminum containing antiperspirants. Especially if breast cancer in your family. Is this true?

I know this is true but after making the switch and finding an aluminum free deodorant that works for me I don’t see a reason to switch back 😅

I rather not use it and stay clear from it, there are other deodorants that do not have that ingredient and work the same or better, also i think that blocking your sweat is not a natural or healthy thing, at the end it is got to be taxing your body one way or another.
