Which picture profile gives the cinema/movie look without color grading and/or would it be better to not use a picture profile to achieve that look?

lovely video. I want to buy an A7C with Viltrox 20mm F2.8 (or similar) for my family and ho0liday videos. WIll I have an option to shoot video in auto and have more or less decent 4k videos? Without going too much into iso, aperture, exposure, etc... The only thing I will have to do is to stabilize the video later in Catalyst Browse. Or am I asking for too much? Can't make my mind what camera and lens to buy for beautifull videos. Noone in our family is happy with Iphone 15 videos in low light. So need some serios gear without breaking the bank.

Do you have to be in 10 bit 422 to use these or will the camera output these profiles in 8 bit colour as well? i.e. PP11 in 420?

pp1 isnt something that you would color correct right? its done already in the camera?

Been shooting for clients for over 40 years, Have never had a recent client say -- Hey did you shoot this in slog 2 or 3. I noticed the color temp was off by 30 degrees kelvin. I notice it doesn't have that cinematic feel so I'm not going to pay you.
When shooting film you had to color correct with digital NO.
Just shoot and light it correctly, edit it and you are done. Take the money to the bank.
What are you people selling each other??? 99% of commercial jobs should not require any color correction. How are you making money? You all are feeding each other this bullshit and content is non existent. Concentrate on the content. Most of the content today is pure crap.
