You cant have a fast car without it being somewhat loud. Jakes car is a beast!! Not built for a daily but for the track. I follwed his build and he has the ultimate 135i setup inside and out. Made respect for his car.

The n54 engine is extremely reliable in itself. It’s the ancillary parts like gaskets and fuel pump injector water pump that aren’t exactly terrible if you can turn a wrench and follow directions. at this price point for the hp you can push in a luxury coupe/sedan... for your dollar bmw In-line 6 turbo cars cannot be matched.

A stock 1-series definitely looks weird.
But all that goes away just buy changing the front bumper to something more aggressive.
Source: 135i owner with an M-style front bumper. Don't even feel the need to change the headlights anymore. It's great.
