that tablesaw cut is a goodway to lose a finger. do not press the wood into the fence and adjust while making cuts. that motion can lead to kickback. respect the tool before you end up with nubs

Do not follow any saw use examples from this video. That homemade mitre saw is terrifyingly dangerous.

I'm convinced they lock these people in a room with tools, all kinds of random supplies, and a camera and say "film every weird thing you can come up with"

After 40 years as a Carpenter I can safely say some people should not be allowed near any sort of tool whatsoever.

The old rule holds good. Do not cut towards your hand, especially if using a razor sharp Japanese pull saw.

On several occasions I winced at how close they came to losing a finger. Some very dangerous practices in this video.

I love how the caption goes "PERFECT!" when the joint they are demonstrating is obviously sloppy like shit.

Let's take a moment to appreciate the absolute state of the board on the right half being completely crooked at 2:57

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Applies to a lot here 😅

Dang boy, nasty gaps, crooked joints, and OSHA nightmares, all in one video great job.

My favorite is the wood glass table. You score some wood, glob way too much stain on with the wrong brush, then place glass on top with no way to fasten it there. Table.

Also do not cut toward your hands. That's like toddler level safety bud. Do not do anything this guy did with power tools as they are literally how to lose limbs.

0.30 - the guy has his finger almost on his table saw blade. Insane.

No vacuum when glueing!! You want the glue in the vacuum filter?

I, too, like to make joints so loose that I can see daylight through them. Them’s called expansion joints, useful in areas of extremely high temperatures, extremely high humidity, and extremely low visibility.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. I could not make any of these joints perfect, I don't have that skill; but none of these are even close to perfect. Junior high carpentry kids can do better than this

Got to 2:15 before seeing anything useful that I haven't already seen a hundred times. That's actually a pretty clever way to quickly make a bunch of matching tenons without having a tablesaw jig.

Wood n trees are cutting down every moment, this piece of wood you making, just imagine how many years it took to grow up just to that small size itself. Save Trees🌲🌳🌴 save Life, please🙏

Miter saw blade teeth are angled differently than a regular blade to prevent kick backs because of how it cuts the wood. His miter saw is just plain dangerous like a lot of other “tips”. Please take down for public safety. Also 1/8 gaps aren’t “perfect”
