I know people are going to disagree but screw it. This is all Luffy’s fault. He just had to draw attention to himself when he arrived in Wano and that led him and some of the others to be identified. I understand he was trying to save the girl but rather than do it subtly like he was advised he just had to do it by beating up Kaido’s men in a shock and awe manner. And then he had the girl make the centaur woman switch sides which further pissed off Kaido and then carry the girl away where they ran into him. Luffy can get pissed off all he wants at Kaido for attacking his friends but he’s the main reason everything just went to shit cause he can’t control himself
