Great shots! I went there yesterday the views are insane but it was super crowded and my tripod wasn't high enough so I used my backpack as ectention. kinda disappointed. But that's the way it is!

Hi Tim. Great work as usual. I went to the tower a few days after we met...twice actually. By the time I got there the first night, it started raining and the clouds were so low, you couldn’t see the Eiffel Tower. But, l decided to have patience and wait hoping to get some shots before they closed for the night (reminded me of what you encountered shooting the lavender fields). Well, my patience paid off...the rain stoped and the clouds started to lift and I was able to get some shots with the search light reflecting through the clouds. The next night I went back was a clear night and I was able to get more shots and was happy with my results...was able to capture the searchlight in many of the photos. I love looking at your posts from Paris as we met there and watching your videos brings me right back. As always, always look forward to your next post.

What's the focal length did you use for the wider shot ? Do you think will it be too wide if i used 14-24 lens?

I love photography but don't own a camera. I have been watching videos and reading free blogs and sciences of photography but not put it into practice. I want to get myself camera and gear that won't put me too basic and too advanced somewhere in middle where I can do variety of photography and hone my skills... you are amazing and I have never seen anyone make photography adventure videos...
