As suggested I tried to use a compressor and some settings in KDENlive to improve the audio - especially to keep the volume the same over the entire video. I think it's better than in the other videos but still not perfect. I did the voice over in two sessions with different setups, I guess it's better to do them all in one go. Lesson lerned I guess :D

Note: The "command" module does not recognise pipes, etc., but protects better against injection attempts than the "shell" module.

Final verdict: Apart from what other people already mentioned, your video as well as your work flow is very well structured. It is technically well done and the given example setup is a scenario people encounter on a daily basis. You gave an explanation for your choice of font size and most of all: You adhere to Linux best practises! - Many videos fail on that point. (Aber bitte hör dir auf Leo's an, wie man "notify" und "query" ausspricht.) - Respect, and congrats to such a quality video, especially given you are a busy man!
