Why Can't I Join Any Roblox Games?!?!?! (Roblox)

So guys this is happening to my roblox, I have no idea why. If you guys experienced this and overcame it please let me know how to overcome it. It's like I join any game and first it will be okay, then it will say launching experience and then it will stay there then go to the roblox screen forever and i have to close app and open app back and go into the game and same thing.

If you guys know how to stop this bug please let me know cause until then I can't play any Roblox games.

And I just found out that the Pokèmon Cards were fake Im going to delete the link from the description in that video.

Suggestion:
a) Delete the app.
b) Download it back.
c) Log in using your original name and password.

Maybe because it like shut down for a little while or it’s like doing an update or maybe you can try to reset your tablet or phone PC for a little while and then it might work
