Change base map style (e.g. greyscale/colorize) in QGIS

If you've added an XYZ tiles layer to QGIS, or another similar kind of raster base layer (e.g. Bing, Google Maps) you may want to change the colors, make it greyscale, or all sorts of other style options. This video shows you how.
