I’ve had the charge 5 for about a month now and I keep all the settings equal, for me it seems just right. It has a great bass and maintains it at high volumes. Perfect for parties!

I had both, the Flip 6 and the Charge 5, but i sold my Charge 5, because the Flip 6 is way smaller and has the better sound for me. The Charge 5 was missing some upper Bass so the music was never as balanced as the Flip 6.

Charge has a fuller sound probably because of its size. But for the flips size it really puts up a flight.

How is someone's speaker on their phone going to detect which one really sounds better if they're not listening to it on a JBL speaker that is similar to what they use?

I love listening music at low volumes should I get the flip 6 because I heard it's punchy at low volumes or does charge 5 also sound good at low volumes.

I got it for 60 euros, charge 5 was double the price so I'm happy with my purchase.

The charge 5 definitely have more bass than flip 6. I also have the extreme 3 and clip 4. Good video and contents

They sound much the same, despite the sizes, i think for portability the flip 6 wins, and the C5 wins only for battery life...

I’m still disappointed by the charge 5 treble. On mine past 50% volume it just get harsh and really unpleasant to listen to. I’ve got the latest update and I always put it on 0 or -1 in the EQ. And I even change the EQ on my phone itself, because it doesn’t have any sparkle just harshness.

wait, i thought the charge 5 is supposed to have 20 hours battery life? actual battery life being 7 hours is quite a drop.
