It's great that men's fertility is being discussed. They are so many factors that play a role in the decrease. I believe that most people aren't really bothered by it because they keep hearing about all of the unplanned children being born. Until, something extremely detrimental happens and fertility ceases people aren't going to take these issues seriously.

Great video, a much needed discussion, but a few thoughts, the edogomy study has a lot of issues, results havent been replicable, sample size was insignificant, but definitely a worthy direction for more research. Age and sperm count once again arent studied well enough, motility is a factor for sure thats inversely correlated with age, but theres a catch, it doesn't seem to impact over all fertility as much as the count alone. The lifestyle factors by far are the major cause, stress being a major sperm killer, this is studied well enough that, a consistently high cortisol level (hormone that is correlated to stress) can really damage sperm production.
