Demanding accountability from corporations is exhausting, thankless, and sometimes very dangerous, but it’s necessary work. Thank you vice for your reporting.

Funny, we used to mock the Victorian people for having lead in their paint and arsenic in their makeup. Guess this is what we get for being smug.

The doctor is hilarious. This is the kind of deadpan humor I hope for in a doctor. Deliver my bad news with a sardonic quip that breaks the tension. Love it.

With the rise of cancer in the last 70 years, I am curious to how much of this is related to cancer as well. Plastics break down into micro plastics which can get into our bloodstream.

You are brave (or at least, unabashed) for doing this. Well done.

I think it's safe to say that, in many, MANY different situations, the less plastic we use, the better. It's so prevalent now that we're literally eating a credit card's worth of plastic every week.

I work at a IVF clinic and this is the only way I'll be able to see what male/sperm source patients go through. Very educational.

My wife and I started trying and — boom — pregnant within a month. We are both 31 years old. We live normal lifestyles in the U.S. and don’t abstain from “normal” food or activities. That said, we were both raised on home-cooked food and whole produce. In my case, my dad was an organic / grass-fed nut in the 90s way before organic sections in supermarkets were a thing. My wife’s family had a huge garden and bought food directly from farmers. We will continue that tradition with our own children.

I mean this is hardly surprising considering how processed our food and water is these days, on top of all the chemicals and radiation we encounter both directly and indirectly affecting our bodies. Another major factor is the constant work and stress of our daily lives that causes fertility rates to drops for not only men but also women. As the newer generation we're no longer as keen on having children by a certain age, hence why now majority of couples that decide to have a child are mostly above 30 and this is where the rates for conceiving drop considerably. Give it another 10-15 years and the birth rates and more so the fertility rates will start to decline even more rapidly.

They didnt even mention the microplastics found in tap water. The same tap water we put in out tea kettles, coffee makers, and cooking.
