For the best NVIDIA control panel settings for FPS you will want to optimize performance over quality. This can make your games look a little worse, however, the extra frames are worthwhile.

Although the NVIDIA control panel settings can be overwhelming, there are a few options that make the biggest difference. Setting the max frame rate to off will ensure you're not capping your FPS. Additionally, you will want to set power management mode to prefer maximum performance, with texture filtering quality set to high performance. To further optimize the NVIDIA control panel you will want to set threaded optimization to on. Having both of these settings set correctly can greatly improve frame rate when gaming.

don't max out the refresh rate of every monitor you have only your gaming monitor, if you max the refresh rate of every monitor you have yeah sure its gonna feel smoother to use but its also gonna impact your frames heavily since your gpu is gonna be used more to make that monitor smoother, i suggest you make every monitor that's not your main gaming monitor to the lowest refresh rate since its not being used for gaming and keep your gaming monitor at its highest refresh rate.

Did the setting for giggles and actaully went from 95fps to about 130fps on warzone and multiplayer, I have all my setting on high and normal when I set it to low I’m getting about 145-150fps this video works it helps,

Nah, for real tho...even if most of these are default settings or not. I thought i had mine at default. Turns out it's different for me.. input all these settings and gained 60fps. So yeah... Definitely worth trying
