Channing Tatum on FINALLY playing Gambit in Deadpool & Wolverine

Channing Tatum made his first appearance as Gambit in Deadpool & Wolverine.
Deadpool 3 had many surprises. Maybe none more shocking than bringing a character that never saw the light of day before.

And the thing is, other than him being so big, he was What was good about him being that big, is that it made wolverine look short, like in the comics.

I never followed this movie or even bothered to look up the IMDB page to see who was in it. I also never knew Channing was trying to get a Gambit movie made. Being completely in the dark going in made his entrance and presence in the movie *so* much better. What a great surprise!

I mean… having watched multiple gambit cartoons listening to some rather adequate voice actors playing the role, I can’t say Channing is best for it. He just loves gambit. Which isn’t a problem. But honestly I’m not gonna lie to myself and say he’s good for the role because he loves gambit. I’m sure plenty of talent out there loves gambit.

If DC can do their elseworlds aint no reason why Marvel cant do Gambit. Especially since they already showed that deadpool is involved in multiverse so other stories can still happen without it needing to be directly tied to MCU

He was a little too overweight for gambit gabbing come with thin he had a slim body. Yes, he was built, but he was. This guy is too bulky.
