The "8GB is 16GB" excuse from Apple is totally lame.

I simply can't believe/accept that apple still offers 8gb of ram in 2023. 12gb would be the minimum acceptable for a machine with this performance capabilities like the apple silicon powered Macs.

The 8GB of ram was definitely the most disappointing thing. When the M1 came out, I thought finally Apple was going to give great hardware specs for the price and ever since M2, they started to show how greedy they were again. I still love my M1 macbook and have no intentions on switching.

i've just purchased my first MacBook ever . a M1 16gb ram 256gb and I'm well happy. it does everything I need for photographs in Lightroom and Office needs ...
Haven't said that I am waiting for the max studio M3 and will be watching to see what that's going to be like once it's out ....

I have used iPhones from the first one. My 15 plus is the best one that I have ever had. Great phone and awesome battery life.

Still not convinced M3 or M2 is at all necessary if you’re only doing basic YouTube videos. The gains in that chip aren’t worth shelling the money out unless you’re regularly doing 3D work like in Blender, etc. M1 Pro/Max chips are still excellent.

I’m loving my iPhone 15 Pro Max in natural titanium with 1TB storage. I’m coming from an iPhone X, so the difference is staggering. There have been so many software updates over the last several years that the iPhone X could not use.

I disagree about the Apple Watch Ultra 2, it has much better battery life. I’m seeing about an additional 12 hours on average. The new chip is also a nice improvement, it connects to my Apple Fitness workouts much faster than the original ultra. Also, just look at how poorly the black iPhone 15 Pro devices are holding up and you will see why they didn’t release a black color. In my opinion, it would look terrible in a week.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max was my favorite Apple device this year. I have really enjoyed the camera upgrades, and I love the natural titanium color.

Seen the power and speed of M3 pro and max, I can't wait to see the performance of M3 Ultra and how behave M3 on MBA! I've got MBA 15' 8RAM/512GB and I absolutely looove it, although some times I think 16 RAM could be better, but with 8RAM I have no issue so far. Time will tell
