His driving is best it's ever been in recent times. He hits just about every fairway. I remember Tiger of old struggled to hit fairways but still won everything because his Iron play and short game were incredible. Today he struggles with his putting and irons, the opposite of the past lol

Dang, it was Tiger's short game, and putting that let him down. He was striking the ball fairly well. Just a couple bad chips/pitches, and struggled on the greens. I could see him shooting a low round if he starts making putts.

Honestly, i dont think ive ever seen a major championship where the TV broadcast follows someone who is shooting below the projected cut almost as much as the leaders.
