I usually made it with peanut oil, and soymilk it taste better for me, only downside is you need to stir it once or twice per day if you plan to refrigerate it.

How long does this last in the fridge for? Ive read some homemade recipes that say homemade recipes last for a week, but it usually takes me a few weeks to go through a whole jar of mayo so i dont want to make it if im throwing out half of what i make

How long does it keep refrigerated, do you think? I’m guessing with the soy milk version that’s going to be based off of the date on the milk, but I’m curious about the aquafava.
