How To Permanently Disable Cortana In Windows 10 - Quick Tutorial

In this brief tutorial I will be showing how to disable Cortana in Windows 10. I have heard that for some Cortana is turning itself back on over the Anniversary Update was released by Microsoft. In this tutorial I will be show how to (hopefully) permanently disable Cortana on Windows 10.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

updated version? it never said anything about cortana preventing to work.
Also in the search window it just says "Search Windows" but Cortana is still running in task manager

Hey MDTech, I have a quick question, when I start up my laptop, I get a login screen and I see 2 accounts in the bottom left screen, I have already removed the extra account in my Microsoft account but some have I still see this, I went to control panel and clicked on User Accounts --> Remove User Accounts and I only see ONE account which is the Admin account. Any help on how I can just start my laptop and have it go straight into my normal account without having it stop in the login screen and making me choose an account to login? Thanks

I accidentally added a Dword 32 to the windows folder, not the new created folder, will this allow cortana to still work, and will deleting is hurt the pc?
