HP printer going crazy! flashing lights.

HP Envy printer flashed every single LED light on it, in a really erratic way I'm not sure what's going on here.

OMG DO NOT BUY A HP I have spent all day trying to fix a E9 error on a Hp envy and nothing will work. The HP support was the worst ever!!! waited 25 mins to "check my account" said they had technical issues (LOL even the support team are faulty)!!!! Then prompted me what to do and then left so i was waiting 10 mins nearly every

I HATE being negative but this has made me so mad that they are selling products that break easily and rubbish support afterwards!

I solved the issue by resetting the printer to factory settings and reinstalling the setup cartridges that came with the printer. After the printer was configured, I installed the new cartridges or the ones I had before the problem.In my case, I also uninstalled the software HP smart and reinstalled it on my cell phone.

Love the way Frank says the whole companies' gone, just letting thousands of employees without jobs very immediately. However, the employees probably don't know what they're selling anyway, so they were part of the scam already.

I had the same problem, nothing helped. Until I found out that you have to pull the plug and before you put the plug back in, hold down the power button until it boots up. For me it works I hope for others too.

My printer started yesterday afternoon doing this and it’s the next day now in the morning I’ve switched it on and all the lights are blinking. I’m about to throw this Printer in the trash. It’s upsetting me

I have the same problem. Can someone tell me how to fix it or have you ever had the same problem and how did you go about it? I've had the printer for a long time and it lights up strangely every time I turn it on like in the video This is the only video about someone having the same thing as me, can anyone tell me what they did about it

I have same problem today when I turn on the printer. I unplugged it and then replug it back in and it goes back to normal.

⁠aaaah it’s not worked. Nor did the factory reset. Now I am seeing why it was only £50 in Argos. I’ve only had it three months. 😂😂😂thanks for replying anyway!

Garbage printer I had the same one, what a turd broke after 15 pages printed, also hp always wants to know what your printing just to print something, you have to open an account the process takes along time to do. Why do I need an account just to use thier printer? Don't buy one

Restore factory defaults using a DeskJet or ENVY printer control panel.

Open the cartridge access door.

On the control panel, press and hold the Power and Wireless buttons for at least 3 seconds.

After about 20 seconds, close the cartridge access door.
