Reverse engineering just with all the source files

How is it reverse engineering if you have all of the design files? That's just normal engineering.

Presenter deservedly getting heat in the comments for pointless click bait. The text overlay clearly says "reverse engineer a PCB", not "reconstruct design files from Gerbers". A PCB is the physical object, and "reverse engineer" means you DON'T have any files, including the production files. OK, reconstructing design files from Gerbers and ODB files is certainly a different useful facility, so maybe make a video that's clearly about that topic and don't pretend that's "reverse engineering a PCB".
