Just a general thought about sending files out for prpcessing- do the recieving parties varify with the sender which file they recieved using checksums? As in, they recieve a file, run a checksum on it and reply to the sender with aomething like- "Recieved file X with check sum Y." As long as the checksums match, it would irrefutable that the sender sent the file stipulatef.
