How to unzip a zip file with WinZip

In this super, quick tutorial, you will learn how to unzip a file in WinZip using drag and drop and the file panes.

In the Files pane on the left, navigate to the Zip file you want to unzip.

You can select it from your local machine and/or if it's stored in your Cloud.

Select the folder and it will automatically be added to the center pane.

In the Actions pane on the right, choose 'unzip to' and choose the folder you want. You can create a new folder if you wish.

Select Unzip. And that is it.

QUICK TIP: WinZip Pro lets you add multiple accounts for a cloud service. For example, if you have a Google Drive for work and for personal use, you can add both accounts. Use nicknames to identify them in WinZip.
