This video is about things I wish I would have known about having lymphedema as a teenager. It is already hard enough being a teen, but having a health condition can make it a lot harder.

This video is for my little sisters and little brothers learning to live with a condition that is not well known. You are not alone! I understand how you feel and what you are going through.

Thank you for making this video about lymphedema, it was so refreshing to hear because it’s so easy to forget the rest of our blessings ❤️

Thank you so much for this video! I’m 27 and have been dealing with this since I was 13. I’ve cried so much and have been so frustrated. But knowing that I’m not the only one is so refreshing. I’m choosing to no longer be upset about my condition, but to embrace it and move forward. ❤️

Thank you for making this video my baby is just 7 years old and she is dealing with lymphedema I cried a lot worrying about her future and how she will survive... and I am facing many issues as I am not aware what to do there is no therapist where I stay with no compression stockings for her size. It's really disturbing seeing her not being able to leave her childhood like others.

Question? Is lymphedema known to be painful? I also have neuropathy in my feet, the same area I have lymphedema in. These conditions both came at the same time as a result of chemo for cancer. I have been dealing with very high pain levels with both feet, and so it is confusing to understand. I am scheduled to see a physical therapist that specializes in this, but not for a couple of months- many thanks :)

Also, I heard you speaking about learning lymphatic massage. There is a physical therapist that does have this on her site. Her handle is p/t cancer, and her name is Kelly. She is Caucasian and has dirty blond hair. She looks like she may be in her early 30's. Lymphedema is her professional speciality-
