translation (mandarin is my first language but i’ve been using it less now so some translations might be inaccurate, feel free to correct me if i’m wrong!):

1:20 - some people may think art is just drawing but honestly anything that has to do it “does it look good?” is art. therefore, art isn’t just about drawing, other than drawings, modeling, animation, effects, video editing, rendering, lighting are all the components in making art.

1:36 - so in these projects, the role “art” is just the appearance of the products, graphic designers are supposed to let the players enjoy the pleasing graphics no matter what.

1:48 - as what everyone knows, planning is the team’s pusher. from the product itself, it needs to propose a design plan from the players and it’ll be implemented with other details, to at last, fulfill the service they put out for the players

2:05 - mihoyo’s planning are divided to 4 sections such as battle strategy planning, system planning, numerical planning and IP planning

2:14 - when it comes to programming, everyone would think of “programmers”. five words(chinese characters not english): hardworking programmers. so does that mean programmers only type codes the whole day? not really, but for me, we are just people who made the world just by coding.

2:37 - operation overall is a type of work that has a really wide workspace, so it means that out of all the departments of a project, it is a counted as one of the lowest position. out of all of the departments, operation has the closest relationship with the users. essentially, operation is to guarantee the users' experience to perfection.

3:01 - the overseas department is responsible of all of the products in overseas issuance work, this includes marketing, game development, art & design, data analysis and more of the different departments. among the works of the locals and customer service, it covers over 13 languages. there's up to 200 people in the overseas department, 1 over 3 of them are foreigners, from all over the world and countries.

3:24 - mihoyo is a company based on young people, you can actually find a group of people that is like-minded. at first, i never thought that after joining and work, i can find any types of people around my age in a minigame. it feels like you're stepping your first step in college again.

3:42 - in my heart, mihoyo is a company that is very young, the thing that draws me in is their tolerance and diversity. for example, when it comes to clothing, they won't require you to have a formal dress code, like you can wear anything you want to work. you can even bring pets to work.

4:21 - everyone knows that mihoyo's creators are fresh graduates, we basically established mihoyo when we graduated. so in the earlier years, people on our team are my juniors. i believe that the graduates now are probably like us a few years ago, full of passion, wanting to work for something, welcome everyone to mihoyo! come and save the world with us tech otakus!!
