Material design it's drop shadows, elements in 3d space and animations. All this has been around for years, I don't understand why Google keeps claiming that invented this stuff.

Great presentation. However, one thing - can Google not get a Chromebook on stage or Pixel laptop? Come on Google. Why do they do that? Apple wouldn't be caught dead with a Google product at their WWDC.
