I started investing in dividends with my taxable account. I used the buy and hold strategy in my Roth, adding some Berkshire B stock, SCHD, and an S&P 500 and total market exchange-traded fund.

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

I teach this to my kids. Incorporated into their math to create charts based on each type. They are shocked that anyone would want to stay an employee. They're in grades 1 and 4. It's simple stuff if you can bring it into your understanding. Keep doing that to grow your understanding bubble and you'll be unstoppable, especially with direct info from the masters where it used to be you'd have to travel, work for free, a whole lot of work just to apprentice under people like this just to have the opportunity of getting this info.

One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $200k of my savings in stocks this year, and I hope I make profits.

Amazing video, I'd like to add that it's not just about a middlemen, it's about trust and guarantees. The world is full of scammers. Banks do SOME due diligence to ensure the soundness of these investments.

I also ignored advice that would have made me a millionaire back in 2017. This actually happened to me twice. Now I'm finally more alert than back then, and am on track to becoming a millionaire by the end of 2025.

I hope Ken keeps his integrity high. Everyone else gives a BS teaser and not enough info to act on. Then redirect to a paid course.

Thank you @kenMcElroy - I started to come to these realizations in my early 30s but was missing a lot of pieces and you have provided those missing pieces. May you be infinitely rewarded for your genuinely sharing your knowledge and wisdom.

This is quite educational. It's crucial for newcomers to keep in mind that the financial markets are highly irrational in the short run. You should constantly be ready for the unexpected. That is how chance operates. Because of the inherent risks in the market, I always favor long-term investments.

It's simply incredible that you would share this information...mindboggling...

Ken's insights on the cash flow quadrant are spot on. Entrepreneurs should also consider leveraging credit lines strategically for investments, as they can be a powerful tool when used wisely to amplify growth, especially in real estate. Just remember to balance risk and have a solid exit strategy.

2:33 "The money starts at main street. All of it." Exactly. If only Reagan understood this. I like his quote that you referenced though lol
