What about "every room has a random amount of tiles" challenge?
Whenever you start a new room, you randomly pick the amount of tiles the room has to have. You have to decide what room it is before you randomize it. Imagine having a 10 tile bedroom and a 20 tile hallway.

Could you do a random number of items per room, I believe Vixella did something like that a while ago and I tried it myself, it's all fun and games until you need to fill a bathroom with 20+ items..
