So after that sevan days are up and they have not fix problem can I proceed to evict ?? And what if they tried to fix it after seven days

God BLESS this video and eforms. I don't have money for a lawyer and didn't know where to start. My county clerk tried to help, but they only advise on over due rent evictions and that's not my problem. This was EASY to follow and exact in wording. I wrote everything down and printed three forms.

so what if it's both? Do i go with the non payment b/c it is shorter 3-day vs the 7day noncompliance notice?

We send email to the tenants 2 months notice eviction but tenants told us that we don’t have right to evict them . My ground to evict them is 2 months already they not paying there rent . How we can evict them to get out the property .
