Thanks @BUZZFEED for having us on the show for another fun video! Honestly coming 2nd place is a win since it was my first time making Pancit 😅. I really just put together everything I love from my Mum’s pancit and a couple of my friends’ Mums pancits which are delish! My faves are defo fishballs, the juicy chicken and crispy vegetables.

It doesn’t really matter if the noodles aren’t long 😂 sometimes they just break in the wok! As long as it taste good right?

Also, every Filipino knows that at the end of the day, we’re eating anyones pancit and loving it regardless lol. The way she judging like this is masterchef

I’m just a white girl from the US, but when I was a kid, my mom was a nurse at a hospital, and her best friend who was also a nurse at the hospital was Filipino. We lived in PA, and they lived in NJ, but any time they had a family party, they would come pick us up for it (they had a party for everything) And I’m telling you, I swear that’s where my love of other cultures’ food began. I always had the BIGGEST PLATE of Pancit and Lumpia. And would go back for seconds and thirds. Then for really special occasions, when they would make a whole pig. Man I miss that home cooked Filipino food.

She scored the women's Pancit dishes low on purpose so she can get a higher score.

Analiza only won because she purposely gave Joyce such a low score. Joyce got an 8 and a 9 from the other two women and a 3 from Analiza for the “smell”?! Give me a fucking break. That’s an insane difference in scores. Joyce is obviously the actual winner.
