I hope the car driver didn't leave! But I must admit, this was a perfect scam, even if the truck had a dashcam it wouldn't have proven innocence!

The guy who's filming, does he just leave? If so then maybe this scam worked. He should have stopped and told the truck driver that he saw it was a scam and that he filmed it.

you need a 360 type cameras on trucks because scam artist are taking advantage on trucks massive blind spots.

Well, maybe, but everytime I watch some crash movies I see they just overtake and go away. Nobody stops like for instance in Russia! They just go their way. I saw many movies like little girl being run over by a truck and nobody even bothered for an hour! This is cruel country... :/

I know that incident is quite disgusting but it should not cause you to generalize the entire country as many people in China found that disgusting as well.
