Coincidentally, i got a 2023 Mazda CX 9 (gas only version) as a rental car for few days. I was blown away by the handling, pickup, cabin quietness, and comfort. I think the “toyota reliability” thing is way overrated, now that Mazda is among the top reliable car brands.
