Those who are stuck at installing the first file, its because your 7zip extractor are old version. you just should download and update the 7zip extractor and the the zip file will unzip all the files (the reason in installing was because some files was missing with your previous 7zip).

What did I do wrong? I did all the steps exact but Play Store never showed up and cant find it in the store at all either. Also when I click manage developer settings, the screen pops up for a second like its loading something then just doesnt do anything
