Imagine if this car had the atmo 1.4 and a 6 speed auto for not much more money... it would set the sales charts on fire.

We recently order a 2024 Picanto Sport as a shopping car and as a softer riding second car.

Taking this car into account, it makes my car feel faster 😂.

That car gets better as it gets a few KMs under its belt. I have a 2023 manual GT line.

Love this car, will have to look at getting one. The hyper cars are almost useless on the road and may go the way of superbikes which ar now only track regeristable.

Hi there, great review as usual! Would you be able to do the auto?

Love the reviews, and as I’m about how they go and not how the radio works it’s my kind review. The best part..::your videos are of the car which is what we’re here for, and you don’t feel the need to get your mug in every shot like most. Not saying your face is a write off lol, just your reviews don’t revolve around your ego.

If you could it would be really interesting if you did a in-depth performance review on the slightly older Toyota corrola with the 2.0l cvt non hybrid since it’s really common and a decent all round car

Unfortunately, the Taiwan dealer only has imported automatic transmission models.

Add double exhaust pipes or something to make the pops & crackles like i30 N line

Currently have the 2019 1.0 turbo. test driven the 2024 as I was looking to upgrade. Such a disappointment it has lost its pulling power and real pace from standing start, after discontinuing the turbo version such a shame. I will now move over to the i10 nline

It's a bit frustrating that they got rid of the turbo. It was better on fuel, power and emissions. They had almost zero reason to remove it from the lineup, and if they had paired it with an automatic, it would have been the main pick. Most people can't/don't buy manuals, and that is essentially what killed the GT - it only came in manual. I think the ONLY reason it was removed is because it sold comparatively poorly (duh, no auto option in a market segment DOMINATED by autos) and they needed to be more price-competitive.

Personally, I would have purchased another Picanto GT if it came out with the turbo in auto with the lane centering and radar cruise even if it cost like 26k lol. I already had one, but I'd buy another with those features instantly.

Went to make a cup of coffee, came back and the thing had just reached 120kph...

Might be slower but I prefer the NA 4 pot. Sounds much better, and will last longer. Definitely needs the manual tho.

Honestly, if you buy Chinese junk instead of one of thoae you're out of your mind.

I'd love to hear a full throttle acceleration with that AMT transmission.

A deceleration of 1.232 g doesn't match with a brake distance of 39.41 m. 1.232.g means a brake distance of 31.95 m which is quite a different from the factory value of 39.41 m !
