As a med student i make concentrated coffee by filling only the half of the pot with water ..it's really strong i recommande it ❤

My nonno was Italian from Venezia, came to Brazil around 1924. He used to make a very, veeery strong coffee in the moka, and pour it over ice in a glass full of mint leaves crushed with sugar. My nonna, also Italian but from Bari, would just make a face and mutter "ma che schifo"...
Looking at the coffee spilled on the counter, I can imagine her frowning at Matteo and muttering "sporcaccione!"
