Thank you for this video!! The guys who installed our HVAC system yesterday told us that we couldn't program for different times/ days. Last night the temp dropped to 63 degrees in the house because obviously that is the default and the program was set to on. So glad that I found this video and can now set a schedule as we did in our previous home. Our HVAC installers need to watch this video!

If you guys don't find the Program button, look up the T6 Pro Manual these are the steps basically :

Press and hold CENTER and buttons for
approximately 3 seconds to enter advanced
menu.
2 Press Select to enter ISU.
3 Press Select to cycle through menu setup
options.
4 Press or to change values or select
from available options.
5 Press Select and confirm your settings or
press Back to ignore changes and return
to ISU menu screen to continue editing
another setup option.
6 To finish setup process and save your
setting, press Home and return to Home
screen.
NOTE: A complete list of all setup (ISU)
parameters and options starts below and
continues through page 10.

How do you reset this thermostat to say program? It just shows date and time.

I don't want a smart thermostat to create a heating and cooling schedule. I want a standard thermostat thank you.

Hi my thermostat came with my new house and I have no idea how to work it, despite research into manuals, troubleshooting sites and YouTube videos. My 2 major issues are #1 Only mode choices are FAN, COOL and OFF - no AUTO. I really need auto as it's fall and the temp fluctuates greatly. When I try to change the settings in MENU, it does not show PROG, only TIME, DATE, F/C and LOCK. Any suggestions? The back tells me I have a Honeywell Model: TH6220U2000 1730 which looks like the model shown in your video. Thanks!

So, why when I set the heat to WAKE 68 at 7am is it still running at 8am? It was 31 degrees outside. I've been awake. It comes on at 6:20am and reaches 67 but keeps running after the set WAKE time and keeps going. It didn't go off on its own until 8:13am. It is not a year old yet. How do I fix this thing so that it reaches set temp by set time, not 1 hour and 13 min later?

My HW T6 didn't have the AUTO option and I was able to figure out how to add it -- but now I see AUTO and COOL both displayed all the time (this is true even when the AC is not running) --- is that normal?

Any time you have to go through so many steps to adjust or fine tune a change is complex

This Honeywell scheduling system never worked ...even after technician came out and installed a replacement thermostat and programmed it for me, it still didnt work properly. I've had to resort to daily manual adjustments for heat and cooling. I can easily set my bank auto-pay, my dishwasher auto start, etc; why not auto-heat/cool? Maybe this was Honeywell*s trial product and it's T9 or 10 models are easier to set up? I'm disappointed with this system.
