White House health advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci is expected Monday to discuss the latest coronavirus research with National Institutes of Health Director Dr. Francis Collins. Fauci, director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said last week that the virus has mutated in a way that might help the pathogen spread more easily. Research is underway to confirm the possible mutation and its implications, Fauci said, adding that "there's a little dispute about it."

Normal life can happen right now. Other countries were prepared and have vigorous plans of testing and contact tracing in place that allows a normal life right now. The United State’s leadership has failed it’s people. There are many examples of how to control the virus without mega death or killing economy in Europe and Asia.

I feel better when Dr. Fauci mentioned that the safety of the vaccine(s) outweighs the financial risks. Would the different types of strains from mutation be important factors, not only the functions of mutation, like yearly Influenza vaccines? Hospitalization is not the most effective way to manage Covid-19, but prevention and prioritizing of public health. Thanks!
