While coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is largely a respiratory disease, it is actually a systemic disease that has a wide range of effects and postinfection sequelae that aren’t yet fully known, said Anthony S. Fauci, MD, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Please ask Dr. Fauci what he thinks the worst case scenario is if we keep behaving the way we do.

Please address the original case fatality rate vs. the infection fatality rate. Originally, the case fatality rate was .1%, then it changed to 1%. Where can I find the data on those predictions? Thanks

Poor Fauci he has changed his ears and voice and the way of talking. Weird...

Wearing a mask to stop a virus is like stopping sand with a chain link fence.

Very interesting and informative - many may still not realize how severe this disease can be, how hard it can be to recover from it, and how much long term damage it can inflict one one's health. Dr. Fauci's reminder will likely help those who may have become a little complacent with mask wearing and social distancing, and who are also not heeding his warning about a possible second wave this fall/winter.
