Homemade Chorizo 2 ways.

Quick and Fast Chorizo Recipe:
• 3oz Pre-packaged chorizo mix
• 2lbs of ground pork
•1/4 cup red wine vinegar

Homemade Chorizo Recipe:
•2lbs of Pork
•3oz California chile pepper powder or chile powder of choice
•1/4 tsp of garlic powder
•1/4 tsp of cumin
•1/4 tsp of corriander
•1/4 tsp of paprika
•1/4 tsp of ancho chile
•1/4 cup of red wine vinegar

Also, can you buy the chorizo mix online if it’s not available at the corner store ?
What about diced onions for some sweetness?
