ltf cards are useful if you just want to avail instant discount on products. atleast try to have 1 ltf card of all the banks and one primary card (which can be paid as well) for all your other spends to maximise rewards.

As a credit card holder I totally disagree what ever she said I am using since last 4 years still not paid any xtra charges and get lot of instamt like Amazon Flipkart discount and flight booking discount and lounge and many more ❤

I got hdfc freedom credit card when I started my job as LTF but it is the basic card. And i have upgrade offer to moneyback plus but it would have annual fee. So I am not upgrading it, neither i use this card that much.
Also i heard people get Regalia and millenia card for LTF and here I am stuck with freedom CC. 😂

I got the HDFC Freedom card and have been using it for 2 years but the bank is not upgrading my credit card. In hdfc my card site, the millenia card is showing but my application is rejected twice after applying for it. Also this freedom card is not that great and the bank is charging a 500 Rs annual fee. Limit has increased by the bank substantially but the reward rate of this card is very poor.

Usually in bank they are not interested to provide LTF rather they want to give a charge card

Owning your first card to be a ltf card is actually good, as one of the criteria of a good cibil score is the longer u own your first cc without being closed✌️
